Two-week trial
If the fit is wrong in the first two weeks, you pay nothing and we replace or refund.
No recruitment fee
One monthly rate covers salary, equipment, benefits and management. No placement charge.
Your process
They join your standups, your board and your repository. You direct the work day to day.
30 days to stop
Month to month after the trial. Scale up or stop with 30 days' notice.
Tell us the role and the start date.
We reply with two or three CVs and availability within one business day. Interview them yourself before anything is signed.
